Hey friends,
I was looking for a kendama to play in the pool/at the beach with my son and had trouble finding the Catchy Air in Canada so I ended up placing a bulk order of 24 from Europe to make the shipping affordable. I am really excited to now have some for sale! See below for my review.
Condition: Brand new, sealed in package. I will also include an extra string.
- Price for US buyers: $20 USD ($12 + $8 shipping from Canada to US) Paypal F&F. Shipped USPS Economy via Third Party Shipper (see below) - WILL INCLUDE TRACKING - 3-8 days delivery.
- Price for Canadian buyers: $25 CAD ($16+9 shipping) - shipped via Third Party Shipper (see below) - Includes tracking.
Notes on shipping to both US and Canada: Canada Post is on the verge of a strike and is also getting too expensive. I will be shipping via a third party shipper that requires me to drop off my packages in another city. I will likely only be shipping once a week - your patience is appreciated A shipment just went out - I will post my next planned shipping date once I get more orders.
Here is my Feedback.
Note: I will trade 2 of these for a purple/white Catchy Air if you have one. Found one
Colours available:
- Grey/Teal (1 left)
- Black/Red (3 left)
- Blue/Green (4 left)
My thoughts after playing it a bunch over the last few weeks: I really like these. Not only are they great for water play (they also sink so you can play them underwater too) but they are a lot of fun to play in general. The plastic is really tough and doesnβt dent like wood. Iβve been really enjoying practicing earth turns without dulling the spike. The design is 10 years old, the bevel and big/small cup are smaller than modern designs but the base cup was big for its time and this thing is AWESOME for lighthouses. I landed my first lighthouse flip on this in the pool last weekend. It felt AMAZING! The rubber rings work great. Oh and it is WAY quieter than wood, it doesnβt clack loudly - so great for late night sessions. It can lunar, but it is challenging.
Thanks!
