@yoyodoc I also want to reiterate that F&F is not free, the Friend sending the money pays the fees so the Friend or Family member who is broke and needs that scratch can recieve the full amount.
My speculation is that this current F&F trend over G&S won’t be substantial and F&F abusers will be reported or picked up by a data algorithm and get on the IRS radar for fraud. Especially users that have a lot of transactions. Again there is always risk with any transaction. I wouldn’t be surprised that there is something buried in the lengthy user agreement users need to accept that frees PayPal/ Venmo of this liability.
