so earlier this afternoon i got the lunar landing to reverse x 2 on the PLTPS, but its not fixed.
I was having a lot of trouble with this fixie i have, but i added some lip blam to the string and BOW the best working wooden yoyo i own.
The yoyo is from @RC_yo-yo
I managed to land the trick, with my wife as a witness, but now i have to do it again for the camera!
I am always struck by how obvious progress is when you yoyo. Yesterday i could land one lunar landing in 50 throws, and now i land 9 out of 10.
Love the feeling of learning.

i’d love to participate in this but i don’t know what strings to use for this. would kitty fat work? the one on my butterfly is basically brittle

Omg I get to give the string reviewer string advice. Remember that Duncan trash we made you use… that… that’s the good stuff for a butterfly. But to answer your question yeah some normal or fat poly should work just fine on a butterfly.
Also I think I originally sent you a few cotton nylon blend p44 string. That would work pretty well.

Should be OK! My vid post (131) was using the OG Imperial string, but the last trick with my Survivalist has a fatter string on it. The stalls are generally under low rpm conditions so more grip is going to help make things easier likely.

Ahh yes chapstick. The lube of 0A. This is absolutely true if different string isn’t working chapstick the end of the string that sits on the axle

I don’t know if anyone else other than Jerrod has landed this yet, but here’s my guest trick entry, Mysto Set! This was insanely difficult to land and in my opinion way too hard for week one! It could have at least been left til the end! Honestly this wasn’t fun for me (that’s on me for grinding it), but definitely a cool trick Jerrod, well done for making it look so easy! I need a shower now!
