I hope the seller is not reporting you all to eBay as well as reporting @Slestak75 for starting the whole thing. While I get the OP’s frustration; it is difficult to force someone to make a sale they do not want to make. Reporting their conduct to eBay would have been the wise course of action.

I don’t think they can report me for asking to buy it for 5 dollars and countering a dollar higher each time… I mean I would have bought it for 9 bucks if they accepted. They didn’t have to though.

@YoyoGeezer Once the seller canceled the order it took away any option I had to say anything at all about the transaction or the seller. I tried to report them because I feel like that is fraudulent behavior if it was purposefully done but even if not… I feel that others should know what sort of person they are dealing with. But I was not able to report them. I am normally not so petty but I figured that there was no harm in this and if enough people see all this action maybe someone will even scoop that sale up at their inflated price. Also… 10 people put the item in their cart and a few sent low ball bids… what’s to report? There has been no negativity displayed nor have any disrespectful words even been spoken. It may be juvenile but it made me laugh and that felt good, it showed me how quick this community is to get behind someone and that felt good too. I totally appreciate your point though and I appreciate you too. :blush:
