theyve already been restocked, unless they ran out again. the dv is because the original yoyo was called the dv8 and then yoyofactory made the dv888
edit: youre right they are running out but theres 12 purples left. If the rest of the world was like me that wouldve been the first color to go out of stock
Buzzon originally made a yoyo called the DV8, which was plastic with metal rims, similar to the Dark Magic, Speeder, Hitman, and X-Convict. This violated YYJ’s patent laws, and was discontinued.
Yoyofactory then partnered with Buzzon a little bit, and got permission to make an 888 with the flat rims that made the DV8 famous.
