Duncan, like many other companies, is using first class to ship, and not to slap again, but they aren’t exactly speedy getting stuff out immediately. However, a 48 hour turn-around for such a large company isn’t really that big of a deal in my opinion.
My experience with Duncan customer service has been favorable. They are slower to respond, but they will. Good folks. It’s just typical “big corporate” stuff, nothing more. If your opinion towards Duncan ever changes, please go to their booth at a contest. I promise you’ll be turned back to them. The folks for the Duncan brand definitely love what they do.
