Duncan Bearing/Spacer Help

My bearing is stuck to a Duncan spacer with string smashed inbetween them and I have tried everything I can think of to get them apart. Any ideas?

Pliers, cut the string, take it out thread by thread? Or take two pliers, grip the spacer, grip the bearing, pull.

Is it a FH spacer? Whenever I get string stuck between the bearing and those spacers, I just take the two, stick the spacer on the axle and pry the two apart. Just make sure the axle doesn’t touch the bearing.
