The stolen Dang 2 popped up on fb market and I stole it back from the thieves that stole it from me. The taste of justice is rare and sweet in 2026.

Just watched, this was great
I started checking FB market place the day it went missing not expecting to ever actually see it. Of course it popped up the morning of our biggest skill toy club meet up of the year as I was packing all my stuff and getting ready for six hours yo-yoing on a beach. I didn’t want to deal with it after the meet, so we did it the next day. I verified with James thst it was the same exact one. Messaged the seller, and got a response within a few hours. “Can you come right now I’ll sell it for $45.” I called one of my band mates to go with me. He sat in the car across the street. Running and unlocked. I met the seller in a parking lot. She had a sketchy lookin dude with her who had the yoyo in his hands. He handed it to me and then turned around for a second. As soon as he turned around I booked it to the car. My buddy was ready and opened the door. Jumped in and peeled out.
What a story!

Based on public records, she’s already been arrested about 6 times, so it wouldn’t make a difference. Small crimes get no time. And I’d like to avoid talking to cops as much as possible.

Glad to hear that there was a happy ending, even if it was forced. I wouldn’t call getting your yoyo back as “stealing,” I’d call it “reclaiming what’s yours” and bits of justice like this makes me happy especially in this crazy world.
Authorities would have done nothing… They didn’t even do a thing about a stolen vehicle of ours almost a year ago.
