Does a Light-Up FHZ caps come out?

As the title implies can i take the caps out of my light up FHZ? i want to put the light up caps in my raptor

Not sure of the light-up kit will fit in the raptor though.

You can always get the Shinwoo kits and use some hot glue to tack them down. If you don’t, they’ll wiggle inside and cause vibe and even wobble.
