Hi, I just got a YYF shutter and my lube is not with me, does the yoyo come lubed?
There is going to be some lubricant in the bearing. I normally don’t have to clean or lubricate my bearings for quite some time after initially getting them.
Yeah, they’re factory lubed, but you also don’t HAVE to lube a bearing. It helps with longevity and noise, but that’s it. I tend to only lube bearings after I clean them, usually weeks, if not months, after I get the throw.
How did you leave the house w/o lube?
