Do purple loop 720 spacers play any different than red ones?

So I’m planning on getting a pair of loop 720s and I want a black and a yellow one so I can two tone it and make a bee. Problem is that they have different spacers (yellow has purple and black has I believe red (correct me if I’m wrong)) and I want to know if they play much different.

I haven’t investigated but normally different color YYF loopers come with the same spacers. I suppose one exception would be if they made a special edition set to different specs and only made it in a particular color.

Edit- upon investigation I guess they do use different spacers in different colors.

Purple is the same dimensions as red but with better precision.

Oh so is it ok to two tone them and have red and purple spacers?
