sorry another noob question
when i was playing with my legacy i did skin the gerbil and my yoyo made a weird sound when it was spinning di i need to lube it or something?

Is the play affected at all? And are you still hearing the noise? If you feel that the play is affected and the bearing isn’t spinning as nicely any more you might need to clean it, because something may have gotten into the bearing. http://yoyoexpert.com/forums/index.php/topic,871.0.html
If all you hear is the noise and the yoyo isn’t affected at all, and the bearing is still spinning fine, you don’t have to worry about it, but if the noise is really bugging you, You could put a drop of thin lube into the bearing.
It’s most likely that the bearing is just breaking in. 
oh got it is was the cap rubbing on th weight ring took it out and no noise but now u can see the weight ring does any one have any way to cover it up?
