First off let me say that this is by far the bougiest yoyo I own. Let me also say that titanium yos are worth every cent, at least if this one is any metric of titanium performance.
The Delphinium is a member of the Crash family of yoyos and lives up to that expectation. Plays powerfully, having the stability of a good bimetal with none of that rim-weighting feel.
Grade: A+ (also because titanium makes super fun noises)
