Or you could just add .020 thickness to the Half Spec Width and it will be a perfect drop in!

Machine shop already finished the half specs but I might do some like 3/4 specs in Ultem. Good to know it’s not a huge difference in measurement.

If it were to get a 7000 series treatment, it would be 7075. One Drop has never used 7068, I’m pretty positive there’s no domestic 7068 supplier.

Or brass plated. Though I know the process is a pain and finding someone that could to it reliably would be even harder since it’s not super common to brass plate aluminum. Boy it would be so sick though.
