Yeah brass SE’s are a major increase in center weight, which can have a big effect. The aluminums have some weight differential but brass is 2× the weight of Alu.
(Oddly, energy domes are the heaviest at 3.5g Alu / 8.0g Brass .. that wasn’t the reason they were chosen, it was aesthetics and the Devo band activism reference, but worth noting.)
