Cooking tools you can’t live without!

I have a nice pair of spatula tongs that I’m fond of, but my thermometer and a heat controllable smoker oven are necessity.

I would miss my Traeger and Primo a LOT though.

I always found them on amazon

Smkw is locally owned well local to me lol

Im really into knives, so id say that to stay true to the topic. However, im super addicted to my sous vide and air fryer. I could live without them, but my quality of life would be knocked down a few pegs.

Love a good kunz! I use them for basting and saucing at work tbh. Tasting spoons are a different story though.

The only local spot I could claim for good knives would be our flea market lol. It where I found my hog splitter

Definitely need to get some immersion circulators in my life!

My Weber charcoal grill. Gas grills suck big time.

Ill take my Weber gas grill over charcoal almost any day. Charcoal is too tedious for very little to no benefit. I use the side smoker with some wood chips and everything tastes just as good as anything done with charcoal imo.

Dutch oven over gas range. I’ve used it to make roasts and stews, but most of the time I use it to bake bread. If you haven’t tried baking bread at home, I highly recommend trying this recipe. Really easy, fun and rewarding.

Dutch ovens are fun - we made a cake with one on a campfire one time, turned out pretty good.
