Anyone have a tips or advice or direction on how to form a non profit as 501c3 as a yoyo club or if there are better paths to take as a club?
I’ve avoided this because it’s just more upkeep for a hobby and I’ve not been super excited to add more stuff to my plate but there allot I could do easier if I had a non profit status that I can’t as a club today where basically I rely entirely on partnerships with other entities or put things in my own name to do things and exist.
All thoughts are welcome. I did reach out to nyyyc but haven’t heard back yet as I know they have done this but curious if we have anyone else in the community with sage advise or ideas.
