^This quote above was the only good that came out of this whole thread, it should be closed, because this is just ridiculous. I wasnât even apart of this thread and it makes me want to gauge out my eyes with a toothpick. Either give them the darn string or man up and say you donât have any, but donât keep leading people on. You should change the name to EPIC FAIL string. This isnât just hurting your string business, but also your reputation and future trades on the B/S/T. This shows people your true character and not once in these 9 pages of useless dribble did I see from you one apology, only excuse after excuse of why you arenât sending them their string. Who cares if theyâre free and you have to sell first, your Word is your Word and you promised these people free string. The least you could have done was sent them 5-10 strings of a different brand and apologized for not having yours available. You have a lot to learn about business and with life. Also, the first rule of any good business is always make the customer happy, even if it means losing a few bucks.
These were most likely going to be your future customers, but now most likely, even if they like your string, they wouldnât buy it because of your âcustomer serviceâ(if you can even call it that :
) skills. Learn from this giant catastrophe and learn how to do business the correct and proper way. I donât care how old you are, if you can read then you can google how to run a successful business. Good luck with your future endeavors, I hope you learn from this and succeed, if not, youâre going to be in trouble for the rest of your life.

I have learned from this mistake, this is why I have switched my string from custom to premade. I have also sent the winner a bunch of proto string.
