Can’t get the bearing out

Got a new responsive yo-yo and it came with an unresponsive bearing. After playing with it responsive for a while, I wanted to try it unresponsive and I can’t get the responsive bearing out.

I tried that

Put the yoyo in the freezer for a little while. This usually works.

Will this hinder the preformince?

Try and get a magic yoyo bearing tool.

The butt end of a 1/4 inch drill bit should work just fine. Assuming of course it’s a C bearing. If not see what size drill bit fits…

Get one of these:

Just kidding, though they’re a really good investment for all those super tight bearing seats. Try rocking the bearing back and forth when you’re trying to remove it, it is much easier than trying to yank the thing off.

The basic YYF yoyo tool is awesome to have around as well, the bearing remover on it works pretty slick.
