can synergy caps fit a mini motu cause i may be getting one soon and i wanna know if

No, I do not think so. I was looking at the diameters and then guessing the cap diameters. My guess is probably not. But im not 100 percent sure. I would PM Andre for that answer.
Of course they can. Any YYJ yoyo with the cap line inside the rim will take them. Size 1 will fit them.
no, it doesn’t say it does, mini motu is a lot smaller.
