can i use tuflon oil as lube

im not sure what type of lube/oil to get and i dont want to wait for a bottle of lube to ship out and wait 3-7 days

I suppose you COULD. But I would highly recommend just getting some specific yoyo lube for your bearings. I know you mentioned you don’t want to have to wait, but sometimes, you are going to have to. If it is a YoYoJam yoyo, they make specific lube for their ball bearing yoyos. If you are a beginner and like responsive yoyos, get some thick lube, if you are more advanced, pick up some thin lube.

So COULD you use “tuflon oil” as lube? Sure, but I would highly recommend just waiting a few days for some specific yoyo lube.

as u can see in my name i use a yyf dv888 but i also have a yyj dm2 so is their a way to use a multibrand thin lube

Never heard of “tuflon oil”.

But if you mean “teflon oil” then the answer is yes. That is what Yomega Brain lube is. It’s a synthetic, teflon based lube Made by Synco. Sold under their own label it’s known as Synco Super Lube. You can get it in most any hardware store.

Aaannnddd - It works in ALL bearings, ALL brands.

Sure! I don’t think YYF sells specific lube like YYJ does. So you can do that. They are all ball bearings after all…

If you play a DV888, you probably want to keep it unresponsive. YYJ Thin Lube will do just that. Brain Lube is SUPER THICK and will really make your yoyo responsive. I HIGHLY recomend just waiting a couple days on some YYJ Thin Lube. I use it in all my yoyos and it has never failed me.

A light application of brain lube will not make it responsive.
Soak it in, yes it will.
