Relieved of my only non-“collectable” Butterfly.

Couple of my roommates from college visited this weekend. One of them seemed to enjoy checking out my collection - I offered him a Blue Butterfly to take home. He gladly accepted.

I’ll check back in a couple days, if he still knows where it is, I’ll surprise him with a yo-yo care package.

Memory might not be serving me correctly, but I feel like there was quite a bit less than that. O only remember there being maybe 4 of them or even less.
Again, memory is foggy, but it wouldn’t have been uncommon to only get 2-4 samples.

My closest target with butterflies is an hour south of me. My local one and the next three closer all don’t have them. I just happened to be that way and stopped in that target on a whim

This is the weekend, folks! Gonna take a trip to target and at least try to get red and green ones so I can swap caps.

I had an idea for a cap swap and followed @Sleeper80 fantastic tutorial. I substituted a cordless drill as a vise and used the original metal axles. It’s a little time consuming and requires some patience but not too difficult otherwise. Everything fit back together nicely and they both play great!
