hey just wondering what would be a good competitive yoyo for around 30 to 40 dollars (besides the shutter that is in consideration)(also plastics are welcome) thanks in advance

I’d highly recommend picking up a MagicYoYo Y01 Node. You can find them for around $15’ish. Don’t let the cheap price tag throw you off though…they’re fantastic playing yo-yos that easily perform just as well or even better than many $40+ yoyos out there.
Plus it’s a metal yoyo and comes in all sorts of great colors!
You can use the leftover money to purchase some strings which you’ll need lots of…then you’d be all set and ready to go!
