BLTyoyoworks, 3rd run of prototypes finished!

how much would they cost once anodized?

Iā€™m not sure, but Iā€™m estimating (and again, I donā€™t know at all) like $75 for a good prototype.

thatā€™s still good. not too expensive.

We may accept trades for a proto.

The whole wheat and the wonder bread?

I was thinking the whole wheat and the baguette.

actually that was my momā€™s idea but any way yeah I am fine with that!

Wow i just had a thought in the expanse in my head i call a brain.

BLT yoyoworks:

Bacon bit: heavy version
Lettuce crisp: light version
Tā€™mater slice: 4a you still have to invent that goes so fast, it looks like its thin slicing the air!

Lol. wow im must be tired.

This actually made me LOL ;D

yeah me too! ;D

Glad i could bring a smile  itā€™s what I do.

Seriously tho, you call it bacon bits or lettuce crisp you better have one reserved for me. Lol ;D

if you make a yoyo bacon bit better be brown

Or ā€œCandy Baconā€ and have the base color be the bacon color, speckles for the brownsugar, and drizzle or splash for the maple syrup ;D

I was bored so I went through and read every single post in this thread :stuck_out_tongue: Anyway, how much will I need to save up for a raw one? I found a few different answers in the thread. One last thing, I would probably get one thatā€™s raw, but I would definitely get one if you made some sodablasted ones! Sodablasting is my favorite finish, but I only had one throw with it, which got destroyed

yeah, I think that they might all be sold raw. again, Iā€™m not sure but Iā€™m thinking that they might cost around (emphasis on AROUND) $70 or so, maybe more, maybe less.

Hey guys, BLTYYW is back! We have been busy sorting everything out, making major decisions, you know, the norm. The good news is, we are going to start selling the second run of protos! Yay! So this time we have up to 10 yo-yos to sell (maybe a few extra b-grades), for around $60-$70 or so. They have the same specs except that they are about 2 mm wider than the old ones, and weigh 69 grams. They do sound a bit heavy, but it gives them a unique feel. Just to warn you, they do have some rather serious vibe that will hopefully be fixed in the next run. Now on to the list!

Ok, so seeing as most of the people on the original list of possible testers are no longer interested, I am going to start a new list. So I present to you, the list of possible testers for la baguette! just let me know if you are willing to spend the money and the time and buy this new throw. I gotta warn you, they are unique.

list:

just wondering are they still raw, or did you start anodizing?

right now they are raw.still not really sure if we will get them anodized. depends on how many people want them anoā€™d

annoā€™d would be cool.

They need to be tumbled at the leastā€¦ Itā€™s just a much more comfortable experience for the price.
