Hey, the discounts above 10% don’t seem to be working. Unless there’s a specific code you’re expected to manually apply?
Also there’s only free domestic shipping, might wanna clarify that.
Edit: Or free international shipping is also broken? The shipping calculator says $0 for basic international shipping but the checkout page says the usual $12.
Placed an international order to the UK a few minutes ago and just checked and realised whilst the 10% discount worked, there was no free delivery (I was charged USD 12 for shipping )
It’s probably just some limitations, depending on the yo-yos. Every item has a different markup, and business owners have to be conscientious over which discounts applied to certain items, because I bet 20% off on some one drops is below the cost that they buy them originally.
Yeah but why does having 1 of them on its own give you 10% off, but then w/ other items you get no discount on that one item but other items are discounted correctly (10/15/20%), but adding multiple of that item means you only get 10% off on everything else too? It’s just broken, this is nothing to do with margins.
One Drop specifically is a maximum discount of 10%. It can be used to get the total higher but its maximum discount is 10% on those specific products. Made that clearer in description of sale now.
Taking a look specifically on the discount across the rest of the products if One Drop is included though. If someone does place an order and that part is incorrect definitely can just reach out and we are happy to fix it!
