For about the same price you can get a great yoyo from this very site and support yoyo manufactuers who are active and part of the yoyo community! Im no expert at all, but I know some people on this forum can suggest some options from this site in the 30 or sub 30 dollar range. Good luck on your adventures and welcome to the forum Annie.
Edit, its not metal but I hear the YoYo factory Arrow is a good beginner yoyo to learn finger spins so you may look into that one.
