Just got a Rockstar. It works great. super smooth. very unresponsive probably because of the center track bearing. I have a One Drop 10 bearing C large. Want to use it but It seems very tight , I fear I may never get it back out. I’m staying with the center bearing until I’m sure another bearing can be taken out. Should I force the 10 bearing on?
No, that maybe could cause damage, just play with the Center-Trac until it wears out, and then try that. But just stick with the stock bearing.
Tighter seat isn’t necessarily a bad thing Just use pliers to get it out. It’s what most of us have to do to remove our bearings.
In fact, me ENEME is my only throw that doesn’t have a tight seat.
Bottom line, if it’s the right size that the yoyo takes, it should work
Are you looking to change the bearing because the yoyo is too unresponsive?
If that’s the case, just lube it a bit.
Plyers don’t always work.
I have found that using the non-business end of a 1/4 in drill bit works better than pliers for stuck bearings.

AKA YYF bearing removal tool.
Just went through a bunch of drill bits , found one that’s real snug. Works great.
Pulling with pliers may distort bearing? my concern.
PS
The 10 ball bearing has smooth rounded edges. if you don’t really tighten the yo the line gets pinched and you have a run away yo yo.

Good choice. That’s the best way.
Yes, people have been known to break bearing w/pliers.
Just use common sense. ;D Don’t pull the axle so hard your fingers hurt, what I like to do is only use the tips of my fingers, and squeeze like that. That way, I could never squeeze too hard, but can still ensure a tight grip to get it out. And rocking the yoyo from side to side is a way better way to remove the bearing than just yanking.
