I’d contact whatever store i bought it from bc they should be able to send a replacement

Just realizing this response, and wanted to thank you for it . Was not having a problem with Yoyo tilt , but bearing was crunchy and dead feeling out of the box . I did clean the bearing and helped a little but going to try a OD 10 ball bearing, have used them when I was younger and love the smooth feel of it .
