Avoid Chris brown

It’s funny. I never said I’m defending anything. I just told my experiences and said I hope that everybody else that posts whatever they post is sure about what they’re posting and honest. I’m not defending anything. But everybody on here knows how shady I am to have transactions with….

Okay, but can we get back to Rampart?

Back when a large multi billion dollar financial firm used that as their administrative password for years before I came along and said no bad. They also named printers various things around green initiatives, servers where various movie characters names and the network gear was all Star Trek ship names. I hated standardizing everything under a naming convention but what they had was not scalable for many many reasons not just the naming.

Sorry totally unrelated but triggered a memory.

Not exactly the response I expected, but what a gut wrenching tale. Onboarding and naming my new homelab hosts probably the most thought I put into the whole process from picking to using, but I also know I can do that because I’m effectively confined to 1 rack.

Thank you for sharing!

Yeah I hated renaming the defiant WAP controller and such it was such a neat and fun thing but the folks that built it all moved on and my job was to make a startup function like an enterprise and stuff like that was getting scrutiny to the point I had to make it all professional. The conference rooms changing from presidents names to numbered also sucked and was met with hate from folks in marketing but apparently legal thought it was more PR friendly. Bleh.

Sorry totally off topic folks but I also only have only so much hate in me and can’t beat the dead horse that is the thread topic much more than I have at this point

Maybe this thread can be the hall of avoidance and humiliation for all the scammers and thieves. Hope dude pulls his head from his rectum and the resounding pop will bring conviction and a desire to right past wrongs. Maybe, but doubtful.

In times like this, I reflect back on the trials and tribulations that people have been subjected to, over the years. It’s so easy to get lost in shortcomings and personal frustrations, that sometimes we just lose sight of the difficulties others have to encounter and somehow deal with as they move down the road.

It makes me harkin back to the days of old when life was gold, and yet tarnished by the calamities and dilemma that were laid before the best of men and tested their patience, perseverance, and determination to succeed.

And I focus on things and how they could be much much worse. Much much worse like really bad. Like pretty much horrible.

And what pulls me back into positivity is something that I will always remember because I will never forget to remember not to forget.

It is the story of Fuzzy Wuzzy.

Goes like this…

Fuzzy-wuzzy was a bear

Fuzzy-wuzzy had no hair

Fuzzy-wuzzy wasn’t very fuzzy was he?

I know we were all put to the test from back in the day until we made it this way… And here we are

And I’m certainly glad and appreciative and I’m sure you will all agree that no matter what situation or situations we find ourselves landing in up to our knees… That it’s certainly not as unbearable as the curse of fuzzy-wuzzy.

Just a motivational thought.
