Are ISO Metric Screws the same as Metric Set Screws?

So the standard YYF axles are Metric set screws at M4x0.7 as I’ve heard, but I can’t manage to find a drill at that, but I did find an ISO Metric screw drill so is it the same and are YYF axles compatible with it?

I have no idea

I don’t understand what you are asking. You shouldn’t need a drill at all.

But to answer the title of your thread, yes they are the same thing.

So there you have it. ISO standards are used to define the standard metric screw.

And like vegabomb says, why do you need a drill?
