I used to know somebody in Davis who throws but I don’t think they live there anymore and the last time I remember seeing them active w/ yo-yoing was like 2012 lol.
Maybe there are clubs/meetups/general skill toy group(s) in Sacramento? That’s not too far away.
If driving a bit isn’t out of the question, there’s some clubs in SF/East Bay/South Bay: 2yo (SF), Spin Doctors (Alameda), and the last one I don’t remember the name of. I don’t think they’re meeting up right now due to COVID and everything though.
