In this case, I’m a Vietnamese studying abroad in Canada, planning on competing in some local competitions. I wonder if there’s any rule about or related to this. Furthermore, what will happen if I won and got seeded in the nationals?
Every international organization handles things a little differently. It probably depends if you are declaring yourself as residing in Canada for more than a year… You would have to choose which country you compete for in 2018 I think, but asking the national organization probably your best move.

I read through the rules and stuffs, and they say you can compete in a region if you’re temporary residing there and not just travelling. But anyway, thanks alot ;D
