I randomly found this video while Googling around about lathe.
Really really amazing.

It’s a very simple setup and judging from the look it seems very possible to make wooden yoyos? just a few wooden blocks put together with two metal dead centers, bow, cutting tools, and some wood logs…
What do you think?

Rudimentary wood lathes. Actually these types of things are fairly common on woodworking sites and in related publications.

I see, I thought only people in the past used that method.
