You may not get as good a deal but also depends on what you’re looking to get. For me I’m not interested the bundle I have enough yo-yos (repeats this in a mirror a few more times)

I live in Canada and shipping is usually prohibitively expensive and the exchange rate guarantees things are 25% more. This big sale is so exciting for me because it brings a bunch of stuff down to manageable prices and I can try a lot (I’ve never tried anything from YYF except for a Replay Pro). I have family in the US that I get to visit 2-3 times a year so that’s when I go get the packages.
Right now I’m looking at putting together another order for the Atom Smasher, Wedge, metal Arrow, Daydream, Five, Kommune, Northstar, Superstar, and the BoHo (not on sale but I still would like to try). If those don’t work out for me at least I can try them at a reasonable price and give away to others.

It’s honestly a good deal for the bundle. If I didn’t buy so many yoyos already I would have got this. I already got the Five yesterday. I probably should have waited.

How did you find the Five? I like smaller yoyos and figured it might be more what I’m looking for compared to The Big Deal.
I haven’t got it in the mail yet. It seems to be about the same size as the popstar except a little wider according to the spec. It will play much better than the big deal. But I love my Big Deal.

The pads in the flea/big deal are like the old custom yoyo pads. Kind of odd. I don’t know how I feel about that.

I got a Kommune and I liked it so much I ordered a second one lol definitely try and snag one though you will need to switch the bearing as mine started grinding after about an hour.

Most of the yyf may sale bearings are trash but swap the bearing and most of the yo-yos are actually pretty good

They have been working good for me so far. Although I use a thinner string. But at some point I may just silicone them. Im hoping he drops the files for the 3d printed caps soon also.

Haven’t really been checking, so might have missed something, but sad that there are not any titanium yoyos on sale.
Only ti was a ti confusion heck might still be up there.

Is that par for the course for these Amazing Sale items? Is it more common with metals or plastics? B grade and dead stock? Besides the Kommune I’m looking at mostly plastics which appear to be overstock on lines that just didn’t sell as well as they expected. I only have a few random extra bearings. I’ll have to see what they are.
I wish I had a clever solution and I’m just assuming I don’t develop an addiction to collecting. I’ve had that in the past, most recently with guitar playing. Selling a lot of gear and focusing on my practicing and playing led to less buying and better music. I’m hoping I can apply myself to yoyo the same way.
One thing I’m not focusing on with the YYF order is looping. I really suck at looping and missed the sale on 720s. 5a and Off string sound appealing to me so I went heavy on some big plastics for that reason. I’m hoping I can hone in on one or two plastics that I can play rough with those and develop some skills. Then if I get a favorite it will be easily replaceable.
