This is what other yoyo manufacturers need to do. Everybody’s coming out with plain boring colors nobody’s coming out with anything cool this one looks dope

Well, I know one thing for sure

It wouldn’t be worth holding a yo-yo beauty contest

When you already know which one yo-yo would win, lol

I fully understand and accept the fact that everybody doesn’t have the same taste in yo-yo color ways.

But I spent well over 20 years, painting everything and anything that didn’t paint me first

In the last 28 years I’ve seen so many yo-yo colors. And in the old days you basically would spend the color you had. I know some people are gonna go, What the heck does that mean Mo?

Well, if you had a black renegade, it was black, right, obviously? And will you threw it and it was spinning…. It was black, lol.

If you had a white yo-yo or a red yo-yo or a great yo-yo or you know where I’m going with this… It’s the same color whether it’s stationary or spinning.

That’s time went on and people start spicing things up, you would get these splashes and fades and other types of finishes on yo-yos. So then essentially without doing anything but color alteration, you would end up with two yo-yos in a way.

The stationary yo-yo is whatever colors are on the yo-yo. And then when you throw the yo-yo, three things can happen. 1, when the yo-yo goes from stationary to spinning, it might end up not looking much different than if it was just a solid color. Because the primary color is so dominant that the other color or colors don’t alter the look of the oil when it’s spinning.

2nd. Some color combinations in the splashes and fades, when you throw them down and they’re spinning away, it creates a color that might be uglier than a baboons backside. And I know any of you that have been around for a while, probably had at least one experience, getting a yo-yo in some nice looking splash or beautiful fade, and you liked it just the way it looked on the wall in your bag in your hand or on the table. Sitting still and looking beautiful. And then when you throw it down and the colors blend into creating one color it looks like something on the bottom of a zoo, cage, lol.

3rd possibility, seems to be when you get lucky or… Maybe you didn’t get lucky? Maybe you did several color combinations at the Proto stage, to see how well they looked not only sitting still, but spinning on the end of a string? I have no way of knowing whether the companies do this? Or maybe they just make a certain color combination sell it and then find out it looks real ugly when it’s spinning, lol.Dunno?

I know once Alchemik releases this new yo-yo, they’re probably going to release it in other colors if it sells well? Maybe the color display here is the only color of the first batch? And maybe it’s just one of the colors? I guess in next week as they had suggested they will get more information and then we will find out.

But based on what I see, a combination of warm colors and the contrast colors of the rings, I feel it’s gonna make for a yo-yo that not only looks good but probably looks crazy Good when it’s spinning.

I’m only guessing here too, but the fact that it has two titanium rings, an inner and an outer, I don’t think this is gonna be very economical for lack of a better way to explain it.

But regardless, everybody can’t afford or maybe unwilling to afford to buy every single yo-yo the way they seem to be coming out every week now. That’s just the way it is you have so much money for yo-yos and you need more wheels on your skateboard, etc..

Alchemik does it make anything but really good yo-yos that I know of. So if you make really good yo-yos. And you make yo-yos that look really good. Then the price point, whatever it is, is no different than any other yo-yo that comes out. You either buy it or you don’t.

It sure looks sweet.

At first… I just fixated on the multi-colored Regia.

In the last day or two, I started checking out the other colors.

And I have to agree with what Mikeydoe already said>

All the colors look gorgeous.

I love the way this yoyo plays. It’s powerful yes but it’s also soft and subtle and smooth. It’s got a nice organicified H shape with a subtle bump toward the rim. It’s a cloud that spins forever

It’s really a wonderful yoyo. Good job alchemik!

It feels really smooth with my nylon string though!! And the color is gorgeous. Super stable and such a chill vibe with this one. Love the mid almost undersized feel to it. The tit
