Lately I have been working on creating a trick, and I haven’t been able to come up with an ending for it. It had been weeks and nothing looked nice and smooth to finish it off. I tried lots of things, including changing my yoyos. I dug through my closet to try whatever I found. I ended up finding my first metal, which was a DV888 from 2010 (the splash one).
It was funny. The change was good. It felt nice to use something different; something that I haven’t used in probably 5 months.
The ending came to me after about 20 minutes.
Maybe its a coincidence.
But the point is, perhaps somewhere you have a yoyo that you haven’t used in a long while. I recommend finding it because good things can happen.
Change it up.
That’s what happened with me and my Dark Magic. I was throwing my Supernova and I don’t know it just felt like it was missing something that I really liked but just wasn’t in my Supernova (yea it’s hard to explain…) and I picked up my Dark Magic and for some reason I could perform my tricks, combos, etc better than I could with my Supernova.
Eh, maybe it was just coincidence
That is why you need variety in your collection.

That helps to make yoyoing never boring. Trade often and buy a little. Then you will have variety, and when you have the same problem, you have tons to choose from.
