Vancouver is super expensive and Calgary has hosted Canadian nats so it makes sense.
I think Montreal would have been the coolest city for it though.

Flights are crazy cheap to Calgary which I wasn’t expecting at all. This is looking like a really affordable worlds.
I’m hoping we can keep up this trend of new locations keeps up in coming years. The UK, Australia, and Singapore stick out in my mind as three other countries with notable yoyo scenes that could be cool. Czechia and Japan are just so unappealing. Calgary has me way more excited than Himeji lol
