Yeah Steve said it was very similar, but still a bit different. It looks like it’s just a bit more saturated and has a cooler tint.
It’s not just photos, the first draft leans warm and has very noticeable yellow/beige tint to it irl. I think it looks really good with brass SEs because of that.

As cool as this colorway is, none of it matches actual spanish moss 
It does look like Live Oak trees to me, which is where the moss grows, for the most part.

IG says something about a password being handed out on Discord. I’m there but can’t seem to find this.
I believe the password will be provided just before general access at the drop time (Friday, August 21st at 10pm ET).

I have seen similar systems work okay.
- Shortly before a drop the site becomes password protected for all.
- At the scheduled early access time, a shared password becomes activated for newsletter subscribers.
- At the scheduled general availability time, the password requirement is dropped.

It’s less of a “the actual moss” and more “the moss hanging from the trees and the way the light hits it just right when you are still awake in Gainesville from the party the night before and the sun comes up and you’re walking down University trying to remember if you’re supposed to be somewhere at a certain time today or if you can just sleep until 3 PM as the gods intended.”

I grew up on the East Coast, but have spent many a night in Gainesville during my younger years. There really is something special to the party vibe out there, a little more so even than most of the other places I’ve had the honor of frequenting in my wild youth.
Man, I haven’t had those wings at Mother’s in an eon now

So happy to get one. This is the first drop I managed to buy after coming back to yoyo in 10 years.
To my surprise, my wife also got 1 for me after I vented to her that it’s hard to buy boutique yoyos these days.
I won’t be needing 2, so I am open to trade if anyone wants one. I’m mostly looking for older CLYW in nice colorway.

Well the new version of it then, I think it’s called Eugene Market or something but I just said that b/c it’s way more well known and essentially the same type of colorway

Yep you are right, a mate told me OD stopped doing SM after switching annodizers. They do have Eugene markets here and there but its a different look all in all. Well fingers crossed for more unique colorways!
