Stick something under the edge of it and pop it off.
Loop a string under it and pull.
wedge under it a screwdriver.
don’t wedge a screwdriver under it. That’s just asking to scratch the ano for no reason. Just use string.

On a more serious note: Put a string under there and use that to pull them off. I can’t get my fingers in there to pull them off.
