Just got these shelves painted and up on the wall, but it turns out that I don’t have enough yoyos to fill them. I guess there’s an easy (and expensive) solution to that problem, but for now I’ll continue to fill the empty spaces with boxes.
A big portion of my collection is a snap shot of a year or two when I went a bit nuts on yoyo purchases…
Collecting since nov. 2019.
From left to right starting at the top shelf:
Windrunner, Serenity, Recognition, Vtwo, Firedevil, Virtuoso, Sugarglider
N02, Ghost, Endgame, Motive, Superstar
K9, V6, T9, DV888, K1, Arrow, Replay
Finished this displaycase today and thought I`d share.
That is a SPYY Radian Super Light (RSL) and it plays like nothing else. It is basically a lighter SPYY Radian Mk2 where they cut holes in the yoyo to make it lighter. It plays like an old school tight gap organic, but with current weight distribution. When you have a string wrap or have to correct tension, the holes make the string vibrate like crazy. It was machined very carefully so as to not be a danger to cutting the string. It’s a unique throw. The green is powder coating.
Collection.
Also if anyone has a raised by wolves canvas, orange palpitation, galaxy diver, badass hattrick, or a bunch of weirdos canvas I’m interested! PM ME
Do you guys ever see yoyos in some people’s collections and just try to convince yourself to not DM them with cash/trade offers?
A lot of you guys got some amazing collections and grails in there!
Man if I kept every yo-yo I ever bought my collection would rival some of the impressive ones in here.
I’ve sold a lot over the course of the last year but here is current collection:
if I can make a suggestion, don’t keep the strings on all the yoyos, they retain the humidity that causes the oxidation of the bearings.
Use one string at a time and move it to the yoyo you use.
