Why can't I post on some categories (e.g Buy Sell Trade)?

I’m new and I’m not sure how to unlock posting in buy sell trade, I want to make a post saying im LF a Kun yoyo by Luo Yicheng.

You need to make it to trust level 1 on Discourse before you can post in some topics. Fortunately, it’s quite simple
