ITT: iPhone and Android users fight over which side is better.
Well when you jailbreak it you have an iPhone with a windows/android layout. This gives you access to thing like iTunes, and apps that aren’t on the other phones.
I’ve never had a smart phone, just a dumb one.

You can already do that with Android.
I’m normally an Apple fanboy, but the iPhone is seriously lacking in the phone market besides sales. If you look at specs for the HTC one or the S4 compared to the iPhone 5, it’s terrible. The iPhone hasn’t gotten many major features added to it besides siri and the extra inch. Apple must be relying on ios 7 to bring in a lot of Android users.
Anyways, I recommend the HTC one or the Galaxy S4, each have their own pros and cons. Search some reviews on youtube comparing the two and see which one you’d like more. Personally, I’d go with the One, I’m planning to get one sometime soon.
