Currently I’m using Jacob Gross’s tutorials. They are useful to pull elements.
Jacob uses a lot of suicide catches that are iffy for me, so I substitute something easier at times, or figure out how to keep going after a miss.

What is an easier one there? Some I viewed here at work were a bit tough looking, a lot of steps.
