My oldest is probably this Royal Concave on this Fixed Axle Friday. This one has a relatively clean stamp with a trademark Yo-Yo. This Royal stamp was used from around 1956 until 1965 in what I’ve been able to read up on. Compared to this one piece wooden Butterfly, which could have been from the years between 1958-1966, its a lot smaller in diameter making it really feel like a toy. The Royal vs Duncan lawsuits during this era is what lead to both of their bankruptcies resulting in Duncan being sold to Flambeau Inc.
