Been messing with some fun finds on the bay…

Found the yoyo matching this 1979 Burger King promotion pin. This has the coated black axle, like teflon or similar.

And this cool duncan neo with the single piece molded halfs. I polished the axle and set a 2.5 mm gap. Loops really great.

I’m enjoying it and it is a premium upgrade from the Diffusion, though I still have a soft spot for Diffusion as it has a great plastic float. PNIR has more performance with “Fingerspin” capabilities, it plays a bit stiffer and crisper. Since this is a pre-release version it also has HKMT pads and a good DS in it, along with that classic YYR profile and a nice gap for normal strings. It is definitely YYR’s direct answer and competitor to the very popular Speedaholic series.
