Better question are these becoming rocks on strings or even playable with the weight rings or are they actually good? Just curious at this point. I’ll find out soon enough

The 138 is a bit of a rock. The 5050 loses a bit of its zip, but gained a little extra spin time on the few throws I had.

With the horror out of the way. This yoyo is awesome. The stability and spin time are great. For a person like myself that still struggles with binding. Being able to try more tricks in the 1A relm is fun.
It seems to just power through mistakes. It is slippery on the string after the throw (Read Doesnt Snag). But is still tug responsive when I want it to return.
Almost the best of both worlds.

I finally changed the pads on my FH1 and it’s flying away again great. They were wore down more than half compared to the new ones and I’ve only used it 5 months. Working on smoothing out candy rain with it.

Working on the string formula. Overall, not entirely too into this silk. Might go back to gutermann when I run out. 28 wraps of this twisted down about 15% makes something very nice. 20% is too tight and gives the string too much friction and it doesn’t slide against itself well. I might have found sweet spot. Maybe.
Throwing some comp style bimetals and organic monos. Swapped the Reboot back from spikes and it’s quite different. I should get some more SE throws, it’s fun. Working on a little bit of 5a because I’m terrible at it and I found out you can beefhook into meltdown so I am trying to learn the rest of meltdown.
