That’s really disappointing. That is/was a wonderful colorway.

Since it is a pocket throw, the wear happened in the pockets. Oh well, it had character and doesn’t change the way it plays, but bummer that it wore the way it did. Probably could have just gone with raw at this point.

How are you enjoying the throw? I have really been considering one.

Same I love undersized yo-yos but the price tag is just above my personal threshold and I honestly don’t need it lol. But I’ve been watching reviews and interested in how it plays.

After a miserable week of weather it actually feels like spring in NH today.

Looks like a nice spot to play :hugs:

The throw itself has been a blast, smooth and pretty stable for its size. It has also given me the most consistent beef hooks (which I’m otherwise pretty terrible at)

Celebrating a sell out!

Butterfly XT. What a player for $5 (admittedly mine is also $3 for the caps and $10 for the CW )

RSO Gravity with hubstack side effects, absolutely love this yoyo.

It is, and even though it’s too dark to throw now, I’m still having lots of fun.

What’s the story behind these?

Modded ultralight side effects, they use a small m4 screw that screws into an insert that’s attached to the outer edge of the side effect, which holds a standard hubstack bearing in place. Wish I knew how to make them, but you probably need a lathe. I know there’s modded energy domes that were lathed down to accept hubstack bearings out there as well.

Still slightly in shock i got my old 888s back after 10+ years in the exact same condition as when they left…super grateful.

The red blasted small bearing 888 is my #1 favorite looking yoyofactory ever made

:edit sorry thought this was the mail thread
But still throwing them all nonetheless
