They wrote the plastic rim is for fingerspins. 
Again, something I never did and I have to learn 
However I think the rim rattles a little bit when the yoyo spins, and that makes an annoying plastic noise.

The Ti Dazzler (or Wonder) is guaranteed in the large box. But to get core YYR throws like the OD Draupnir, Chopstick, and Inevitable as “mystery yoyos” is nutty.
