I’m still a little confused by this release. Is undefeated just a clothing brand? Like Supreme?

Yeah I had no idea what undefeated was before I saw this yoyo, but apparently they are a clothing brand. Someone on Facebook described it as “supreme but west coast”. I was not aware that brands had coast affiliations lol

Lol I’ll never understand a lot of those brands. There’s a word, or term, a type of commodity that is more expensive simply for the purpose of being more expensive, and brands like that always fall into that category. I also loved the GITD version, but at 400% of the normal cost of an imperial, it’s be a hard pass.
No judgement here tho! Thing is sick, and if it were even as low as 200% normal cost I would have copped myself

I totally agree when it comes to hoodies and sweatpants. 250 bucks for a sweater is ridiculous, but 12 bucks for a cool green yoyo is not bad. It depends on the situation I guess

Great explanation. I was able to get a Panorama Proto v1 back in May of 2020, then a v2 Proto when they were compelted (same as production), so got to play them for a good while before others. I’m so in love with this yoyo. Not only for my style of play, but being such an AntiYo fan, the Panorama to me really feels like it could’ve been an AntiYo. The YWET is my favorite yoyo, and the Panorama feels like an updated version of it, a modern version possibly. I told that to Tsukasa when I got my v1 proto and he mentioned the YWET being one of his favorites, and part of the inspiration of the Panorama. This is a yoyo that I’ve had in my head for so long, had I sat down with @The_Machinist I probably would’ve come up with a very similar yoyo, but probably with a narrower gap 
Just hoping the series continues to get expanded, would love a titanium and even a delrin version

Pretty unexpected mailday, I’ve wanted one of these Sakura Onestars since I first started throwing, and three of them brand new in box popped up on the bay. The Onestar is one of my favorite yoyos. It also matches the color of this Speedaholic XX I got in a trade today.

I feel very similar on this.
I got back into the community in 2019, and I’m already feeling what I felt when I gave up in the early 2000’s.
I feel so overwhelmed by drop after drop, but now it’s titanium this, titanium that.
To me all the hype and fear of missing out feels like the predatory tactics of comics having up to 30+ cover variations (not positive if correct, think it’s 30+ on Wolverine’s return from death issue)

I feel like once you learn your preferences and have a few yoyos that you know you’ll never sell, the fear dissipates a bit. They all do the same thing so if you have something for all your needs, it’s not that big of a deal.
