I got this in the post yesterday (YYF Regen), thankfully I didn’t pay full price for it as it was an ebay score. On the pro side it feels nice, I like Delrin! However I really don’t like the shape very much and the caps on each side are quite noisey and annoying. I have had it about 24 hours and know that I am not going to get along with it. Time to put it on ebay!

My girlfriend and I play games frequently and also travel with games. Our favorite portables are Valley of the Kings (can play it on 2 tray tables!), Red7, Fox and the Forest, Bonanza the Duel, Innovation (large footprint) and Glory to Rome (large footprint).
Cool there are other board gamers on here!

Bowl 7068 arrived overnight for me. excellent feel on the first throw for me.
Dropping tonight here - worth a look if you’r into the grail and those types.

How does it compare quality-wise and play-feel-wise to the A-RT organics?
Not quite sure yet. first throw felt excellent. very similar to the grail.
I’ll need to throw them side by side to really have a good comparison to that.
My initial opinion is I am not disappointed.

Regen?! I got one of these free in a BST purchase. Some generous soul just threw it in and didn’t even tell me. For the longest time I thought it was an early version of the Replay or something. I passed it along to a coworker who seems to love it, but he doesn’t know anything else.
How do you like them ?
They’re my favorite non-bulk string by far. They’re bouncy, slick, fast, and last pretty long. As they age they slow down a bit and become more controllable. Rob (who runs Airetic) is also a super nice and cool guy who helped me improve my own string-making process considerably.
